7. watergate was penny ante compared to plamegate
we now have sworn testimony from inside the white house of the president conspiring to commit treason.

watergate never got anywhere near that level of criminality.

3. Being called "devious" is considered a compliment among
Republicans. Of course he's devious. We wouldn't have supported him otherwise. Jaysus, are you crazy?
We don't want none of them damn honest liberals trying to tell us how to steal money, I mean run our government.

12. If you find a person who has adopted a set of philosophical
values that were derived from fictitious sources, you have found a person that has proven that he or she is "dupe-able", hence they are targeted by the Roves and the corporate interests. Hitler did that in the 1930's in Germany. It works like a charm. Find their obvious and simplistic, one dimensional "hot buttons" and press the hell out of them.

17. Now, the "dupe" is being revealed.
I wonder how pissed they'll get? The fundies are capable of getting seriously pissed, ya' know (may be behind closed doors, but they get hot). Maybe, they'll re-direct their tendency to be vengeful on the faux gawd guy, their pretzeldent.

Wouldn't that be like, divine justice?

22. It would be mass psycho-therapy. Millions of people around the
world would begin to recover for the damage that has been caused by this lunatic Republican led government. I hope for this but fear that it won't come to pass soon enough to stop what might be irreversible.

25. Frankly, I would characterize it more akin to stopping the bleeding.
There are so many innocent people who have been driven to emotional and spiritual bleeding by sick, (and I will say it) MOTHER-FUCKERS like falwell and robertson and "fred" and other exploitative faux "ANTI-christian" assholes who have profiteered off others' suffering, promising utopia while sucking the oppressed dry of their last dollar.

Those sick, EVIL fucks will fall, too. They have EARNED their ticket to hell. I will not mourn their fall, I will rejoice in that justice and feel GREAT!!!

I will remain, here, to hug those who were betrayed, exploited and spiritually abused, until I die.

agreement that the people are suffering terribly. It has to end.

34. Yes. Life is difficult without the imposition of additional suffering.
This must end. Every healthy human being would object to the perpetuatation of such needless IMPOSITION of additional suffering.

Every HEALTHY human being, if s/he knew, would oppose such things.

28. Do we want our people, our children, to emulate THIS leadership?
"Civilized"? "Democracy"? "Personal responsibility"?

"Justice"? "Equality"? "Opportunity"? "Freedom"?

Those words mean NOTHING if, those with money and power can do whatever the hell they want to do,...in spite of laws, in spite of the interests of a nation or ANY people, in spite of a "Constitution", in spite of expanding hardship and oppression, in spite of decency, in spite of dignity, in spite of humanity.

If our people, our kids, emulate this leadership, we become the WORST WE CAN BE, destructive barbarians, WORSE than animals because we have the power,....the power to DESTROY. We also have the POWER to realize "Democracy", "Responsibility", "Justice", "Equality", "Freedom", "Opportunity",...and most of all,...HOPE for growth and progress and happiness.

33. His "circle of power" betrays/exploits every value Americans embrace.
Is there a word for that?

I don't think there is a WORD for such abuse. It confounds me. Such abuse is beyond comparable convictions attached to common criminals because they involve massive human life and massive treasure.

29. I like that word, too. "Sinister"
But, deeeeevious is so damned accurate!

Actually, I think "sinister" is the SOUL from which "deviousness" springs.

After all, "sinister" is just another word for EVIL or DARK-HEARTEDNESS. Ya' gotta' have that kind of inner core to be DEEEEEVIOUS.

Doncha' think? O8)
