BREAKING - Bush leaks ICBM launch codes to Russians

Apparently Bush leaked the codes to get back at a former Assistant Secretary of Labor who made a disparaging remark about one of Laura's dresses at a Whitehouse gala. Before making the call on the notorious "red phone" to the Kremlin during which he told Vladimir Putin the launch codes, a visibly shaken Bush is quoted as saying, "I can do what I want and you can't stop me." No official comment from Capitol Hill as of yet, but one Republican Senator is quoted as saying, "Well, he is right. He is the President." Americans are urged to stock up on duct tape and place one can of tunafish under their beds.
