In the army, we got to do this so much I got sick of it. At first it was very cool but then it just became stupid and wasteful. I don't see anything twisted in shooting a machine gun, however only a complete asshole would take their child to a machine gun range.

The proper shooting stance when firing full-auto is to tuck the elbow of the arm holding the grip of the weapon down into your side, not splayed out chicken-wing style. It increases controllability and lets the recoil go straight through you so the gun doesn't wander off target. I think I saw 3 people in that entire video using the proper stance. I also saw plenty of guns not even using their sights, hip-shooting (inaccurate waste of ammo) or not having a shoulder-wield AT ALL to their mounted machineguns.

One seasoned shooter with a semi-auto AR-15 could probably drop more enemies in a battle than 5 of these idiots with full-auto capacity.
