4. Grant was supposed to have been very corrupt, and Buchanan had been

considered to be the worst for letting the Union fall apart. Bush will most certainly rank as the worst overall when all is said and done. I think that Bush is the only president who was truly evil, evil in a Biblical sense. 50 or 100 years from now, school kids will look back and wonder how this happened. And yes, they will compare him to other Fascist tyrants.

7. My understanding was that Grant was clueless, but not

personally corrupt. His administration, however, was known to be the most corrupt prior to this one.
