Is Dubya a congenital liar ?
He seems to have an aversion for the truth. I cannot recall one time that he has been truthful or honest since he stole the White House. He even lied about that act.

He lied about the benefit of his taxcuts. After all, he said, it is your money - not the government's. But it was, in truth, all our monies - it did not belong to a few friends of Dubya.

He lied about the war in Iraq. He said Saddam was a threat to us and his neighbors. He said he had WMDs and was getting uranium from Niger to make nuclear weapons. Now, we all know the truth as he changed his lie to "making Iraq an example for democracy in the Middle East" as a second thought, it seemed.

Then he said when they found who leaked the info about Valerie Plame that they would "deal with them". Like the fellow in the commercial that says he is sticking it to "the Man", Bush says he will stick it to the person that is responsible. "But you're the 'Man'... Does that mean you're sticking it to yourself?" a pause...."Maybe".

7. Shrub is a Silverspoon Sociopath.
He has told the truth a few times though. Here are a few.

'One of the keys to being seen as a great leader is to be seen as commander in chief. My father had all this political capital built up when he drove the Iraqis out of Kuwait and he wasted it. If I have a chance to invade, if I had that much capital, I'm not going to waste it. I'm going to get everything passed that I want to get passed and I'm going to have a successful presidency.' GW Bush 2000

Bush says war on terror is unwinnable: "I don't think you can win ."

"We've had no evidence that Saddam Hussein was involved in Sept. 11."

...BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT OSAMA "I don't know where he is.You know, I just don't spend that much time on him... I truly am not that concerned about him."

They have the ability to be ruthless - lie through their teeth and do horrible things without having one little pang of guilt or one ounce of empathy for humanity.

10. He is a cold, calculating, mass murderer.
I don't buy the good ole boy routine with him at all. Everything this demon brings to the world is by design.

12. is this even a question?
ran two businesses into the ground before talking taxpayers in Tx into a "public private" partnership that net him millions and cost some taxpayers their homes/land (and didn't reciprocate the tax benefits from the rest of those who paid) - do we think he was 'honest' while running these businesses... oh and there is that whole insider trading business while his dad was president. Seems like a pretty consistent record.
