Yes, Cheney has the authority to withhold secret energy documents from the people and the press. Yes, they can lie to the people so they invade another sovereign country. Yes, Cheney has the authority to de-classify documents on his own. Yes, if the president does it, it's not against the law. What next? We need to get behind the censure right now. That's the least we should do. When we investigate the SOBs, then we can impeach.
