11. expect the worst and never be disappointed. Whatever it is they say
is right, the opposite is true. Just have to remember that left is right, light is dark etc.

2. I'm in a great mood
But don't forget the diffusion of heat from friction. It's natural that some people are aggitated.

8. Well, of course...
But my question is if the Prezzy is going down, and has all this crap he's doing being exposed, why aren't more here HAPPIER? Everyone just seems SO angry the last few days--when the news has been *worst*....

12. Because he's not in an orange jumpsuit yet.
I would like to see the wheels of justice start turning and see this chimp behind bars before 2008.

7. Not an awful mood, but.......
Maybe a healthy dose of realism isn't such a bad idea right now.

We should have retained the Senate in 2002. We probably did regain th4e White House in 2004.
This is not Gerald Ford we're up against, this is Huey Long (OK, he was a Democrat, but in 1930,
a Louisiana Democrat is like a 2006 Sugarland Republican).

We are in theory, probably in fact in great shape, assuming fair elections will be held.
That is a fallacious assumption at this point, in my opinion. That's enough to dampen
any euphoria.

if Bush gets away with this... and he very well might... all will be lost and we will have a tyrant running the country.

14. the uneasy feeling that no matter what chimp does...
the GOP still wins in 2006 and '08.

look at them ratcheting up the battle for the only things that seem to matter to Americans: the "threat" to marriage...and the unborn.

15. We're tired of the 3-year delay
between our knowing about something and its breathless revelation in the media.

17. Most bad news for Bush is bad news for everyone else too.

The fact that stories like "American national debt massive; economy foundering", "Global warming getting ever worse; response pitiful" and "Iraq in total mess" reflect badly on Bush is small consolation.
