Remarks by President Bush on the Global War on Terror

WASHINGTON, April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is a transcript of
remarks by President Bush on the Global War on Terror:

Central Piedmont Community College
Charlotte, North Carolina

Q Right. And I wanted to say to you, Mr. President, that on the war on
terror, Social Security, the tax cuts, Dubai Ports, immigration, you have
shown immense political courage. And I really think that you will be
vindicated on all of those positions, as Ronald Reagan was, for example. And
also I wanted to know what else would it take for me to get my picture taken
with you? (Laughter and applause.)

I have noticed this to be the latest meme, history will look back and show Bush as blah blah blah...

2. Jon Stewart had a great rif about using history to justify present f*ups
It was re: Condi using the same line.
Funny thing, before this became a PR campaign, this was W;s answer:

Asked by Woodward how history would judge the war, Bush replied: "History. We don't know. We'll all be dead.
