So Bush can declassify ANYTHING therefore the valerie plame
affair is legal....
Humm...

What about this: Bush can declassify anything. but he still cannot CONSPIRE to politically attack Joe Wilson through outing his wife.
Bush can still be guilty of conspiracy.

what do you think?

1. Bush broke the law-- he cant declassify the ID of a CIA agent
Repeat after me:

Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law. Bush broke the law.

This is why the CIA made a criminal referal. Because Bush broke the law.

2. The legal arguement is the president can declassify anything
I'm not going to argue that.
The president does not have inherent authority to commit conspiracy.
conspiracy is an impeachable offense.

5. If that were true then WHY DID THEY HIRE A SPECIAL PROSECUTER
to investigate the leak after the CIA did it's own internal investigation. CAN YOU SAY TREASON then Say it again TREASON, and again TREASON, and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,and again TREASON,

8. Well then the legal arguers won't mind producing
the legally required declassification guide as per executive order 12958, amended and signed by mr. bush, which declassification guide will document exactly when and for what reasons the NIE was declassified or downgraded.

12. Hitler comparisons are abs. correct. This puke should have
been IMPEACHED long ago. The rethugs criticized Clinton for a bj but this fake cowboy has done worse, much worse, and he is being allowed to get away with murder. I really hate my country now for its stupidity, I'm ashamed to say.

6. The President can declassify and sell nuclear secrets to Al Qaeda...
if he wants to. Now, most people would think of that as fucking TREASON, but with our brand new "unitary executive" kingship model of President, it's entirely within His Majesty's rights.

And if you believe that, I have several thousands of square miles of Gulf of Mexico coastline I'd love to sell you.

9. That's an excellent way to make the point ~ but also, it was ten days
after the leak, before he declassified the material. So even the declassification seems to be part of the cover-up for the crime itself. I guess someone got nervous and mentioned to him that what he had just done was exactly what the law his father signed, was meant for.

Had he not been the leaker, and then tried to cover it up by declassifying the document, he would have stopped all this right at the start. All he had to do was to say, 'there's no problem here, this information was declassified'. He didn't because he knew he had done wrong ~

I never liked Bush and his cabal, but I did think in the beginning that they were smart. The more we learn the more I realize that they were totally inept. I think if I were going to do what he did, I would have declassified everything BEFORE I commit the crime.
