I suspect he wasn’t addressing Harry Taylor or the audience, so who was he talking to? Here’s a larger clip from the written transcript. Judge for yourself.

The first to mention the possibility that Bush uses a concealed earpiece was Fred Burks, a former Bush insider who was fired for refusing to sign a secrecy clause in his contract. Burks, who cites several suspicious situations, runs an excellent web site devoted to exposing government cover-ups.
If Bush doesn't have a concealed earpiece then he's either "channeling" or nuts.. he's not sane enough to be "channeling" ;) so my SWAG either an earpiece or the last choice and since the WH seems to be in denial about the first I think we can in all fairness claim the last eh? :evilgrin:
