Asshole is bringing all the repugs down with them but somehow they don't see it yet or are only beginning to. I only hope Fritz comes thru before Iran disappears under a mushroom cloud. If that happens you can bet North Korea won't be far behind.

(Committee to Re-elect the President) which was no more than a slush fund for illegal activities, his stonewalling of any investigation, the Saturday night Massacre, and finally the tapes. At that point, even Goldwater couldn't stand behind him--he told him if he didn't resign, he would be impeached. The rest is history.

Also, again as I remember it, the tapes were so damaging that the Repubs knew there wasn't a chance.
