Love that Arsenic Chicken!

The recent study linked below shows that the practice of ADDING arsenic (Duh!) to chicken feed does affect the amount of arsenic in the chicken we eat. Oh, really! What a surprise!

Brand name chicken products sold in American supermarkets and fast food restaurants are widely contaminated with arsenic, according to independent test results released by IATP. The good news is that smart choices by consumers can eliminate their intake of arsenic in chicken.

Why is it that we continue to use toxic crap for years and years after we know it is harmful?...you know the stuff! lead, mercury not to mention the arsenic in your chicken and kids playground.

(BTW, the same link above presents a list of issues that would help fix agricultural/environmental/labor problems with the current WTO agreements.)
