6. I would like to throw in a nomination for EarlG's consideration for the

list this week, that of Diane Wiffin, spokesperson for the Massachusetts Department of Corrections, which reprimanded a prison guard for showing inmates Ang Lee's film, BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN.

The Dpt. of Corrections objected to the "graphic" and "explicit" sex in the film.

And Sen. John Cornyn's "illegal criminal immigrant" remarks on the floor of the Senate, too...
