2. I had heard something about Rove being left out of Fitzy's

court filings intentionally because he and his role in this 'operation' are still under investigation (and his role as a trial witness undetermined accordingly). So, I guess journalists cannot cite Rove yet based on disclosures of these court documents if he has been excluded, for now.
