Is Florida waiting for the statute of limitations to run out on Rush |
|
I remember a couple of years ago that Rush's maid had worn a wire for the Florida Prosecutor and had taped Rush asking her to buy illegal drugs for him in the parking lot of Denny's. Why have charges not been filed? Also at the same time there was evidence pointing to Rush doctor shopping to acquire large quantities of drugs. These were two separate cases and I guess a snag turned up in the doctor shopping case because the supreme court ruled the DA could not use medical records as evidence. What ever happened to the other illegal drug venture though? Why has Florida not brought charges against Rush? He even as much as admitted his guilt on his radio show. Is there truly no longer any law and order in America?
