Specter, Wilson push for more details about C-I-A leak

WASHINGTON New pressure on the White House to clarify its involvement in the C-I-A leak case.
Republican Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania told "Fox News Sunday" that it's "necessary for the president and vice president to tell the American people exactly what happened."

Specter, who is chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, says a "specific explanation" is needed so "it can be evaluated by the American people."

Former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, who contends his criticism of the Iraq war triggered the "blowing" of his wife's C-I-A cover, agrees.
