Baby Boomers remember this guy!! He an old school liberal Republican!

I don't know if this goes against DU rules but if you have friends in that CD and they don't want to vote Demo then try to get them to vote for McCloskey.

1. actually if the repukes were smart they would put up a
pro-choice, and Iraq war, liberal to moderate republican against feinstein for the senate race.

2. Yep!.....He's pissed...
I heard him interviewed last week on KQKE, 960 AM, Air America San Francisco affiliate.

He was trashing the repuke crooks pretty good.

He stood (while a senator) with Kerry in the Anti Viet Nam war demonstration.

I believe he has spent the last many years working for environmental causes in Northern California.

4. Actually as a Congressman. He was also one of the first to call for
Nixon's impeachment/Resignation.
