Who else misses Air America Radio??
Didn't O'Reilly say back in February (among numerous other times) that AAR was on the verge of going off the air. How's that working out Bill???

P.S. Sorry for freaking anyone out with my headline :)

21. They are looooooooong breaks, too.
I really prefer to podcast the shows when I can, because they eliminate the commercials.

Also, I can skip past the psycho-babble filibusters on one show or the ditto-head segment on another. :)

20. Here where I live, he already has
We have four talk stations, not counting NPR, and the Progressive talk station is no. 2 among them. It has only been here for about a year and the station that carries O'Reilly rated a big fat ZERO! Hahahaha!!!! And to top it off, thats the same station that carries the Cubs and White Sox, so O'Reilly frequently gets pre-empted. I love it!

10. Is it worth a one-time $100 for satellite, and $15/month after that?
I love my XM unit, which I can carry from car to car to home, and I can use it jogging too.

13. you could download the previous days show
Edited on Mon Apr-10-06 06:56 PM by frankenforpres
you can download and make cd's

franken's show is torrented by a few sites, you just need to download a software like BitComet or something

edit: while this lacks because it is a day behind, it is great because there are no commercials

12. There's an entire blog dedicated to predicting Air America's demise
They've been wrong every time.

In my town, KPOJ is kicking Hannity's ass and is poised to knock off Oxycontin Rush next ratings period.

Yeah, I sure miss it. :)

15. The Air America viewpoint is now shared by a majority of Americans.
Edited on Tue Apr-11-06 07:38 AM by mwb970
We are the majority now, folks. That's not the same as having more power, but we definitely have more people on our side, with more making the switch every day, as can be seen from the poll trends for the chimp - down, down, down.
