FCC re-reviewing my complaint against the O'Reilly Factor!
So I got another letter from the FCC today saying that they are re-reviewing a complaint I filed against the O'Reilly Factor a few months ago after Falafel Bill said that San Fransisco should be attacked beause they banned military recruiting (on campus). What if my complaint actually gets answered? :woohoo:

This is the context of what the FCC's letter said (and I previously got a rejection letter):

"Your views and conerns about program material are important to us. The Commission will review what you have submitted carefully to determine whether it contains sufficient information to suggest that there has been a violation of the obscenity, indecency, or profanity laws. If it appears that a violation has ocurred, the Enforcement Bureau will start an investigation, which may include a letter of inquiry to the broadcast station."

2. This is very interesting....
Could the FCC have remembered what their job is lately... now that the wheels are coming off the maladministration? Are they beginning to suspect that they may, eventually, be held responsible for something, somewhere, by someone?

5. Yeah, I thought the rejection letter was
the last I was going to hear of this. Of course, my definition of obscene and the AFA's definition of obscene are completely different. Personally I think obscene is a big fat asshole complaining that the government isnt meeting his agenda, so he goes and makes threats against a major city in my state.

4. No obscenity, indecency or profanity--no case....
Now if it were Howard Stern talking about pussies and dicks that would be a Federal crime.
