A plan to stop Bush from dropping nukes on Iran

The Union of Concerned Scientists warns that dropping a nuclear bunker buster bomb on Iran could kill 3 million and cause radiation sickness in 35 million, spreading a radioactive cloud 1,000 miles - to India and Pakistan.

Numerous reliable sources confirm Bush is deadset on doing this -- unless we can persuade Congress to intervene and impeach him first.

Here's my plan for how to convince Republican Congressional members to support impeachment.

We must form bipartisan delegations of citizens to call and visit local office holders, business, civic and religious leaders of all parties. Surely there must be some sane Republican mayors, council members, ministers, and business leaders willing to oppose waging World War III. Many may also be ready to support impeachment over the president leaking classified documents outing a CIA agent and/or supporting illegal wiretaps.

It's time to urge support from moderate local Republicans and independents to lobby Republican members of Congress for impeachment to prevent nuclear war.
Tell your mayor, council member etc you will be campaigning against them if they won't join this effort. Back up your words -- be prepared to run ads stating their positions in your local paper. Go on radio talk shows and discuss the gravity of this situation. Put local leaders on the spot!

Impeachment must start from the bottom up, as a groundswell so great that it becomes impossible to ignore.
