4. do you copy/paste the url into your Windows Media player?

I copy/paste the 2nd URL posted into my Windows Media Player under "Open URL".

It works for me!

5. copy/paste this into your Windows Media Player

I'm assuming this is what you are using to connect. Copy/paste this into the media player by going to File ---> OPEN URL ---> and then hit "OK". It should start up for you.

This may also work for RealPlayer as well (?).

12. I'd say download CounterSpy

You can download this program for free to try for 15 days. It finds the bugs in your registry (found trojans on both of my computers that Ad-aware (seemingly a thing of the past for free) did not find).

On edit: If you download CounterSpy and decide you don't want to keep it, be SURE to delete the program before the 15 days trial period is up. It goes in to check for updates every day and it will get hung-up if not removed and/or purchased.

I noticed the other day that some one on eBay is selling it for about $12.00 (shipping included). That is a good deal on it (and no I have no interest in selling this program but Ad-aware which was once free is not free any longer). :(

I have this program installed on both of my computers. I also run SpyBot Search & Destroy too. It has found "bugs" in my Media Player for some reason on more than one occasion.

If all else fails, try using RealPlayer. Maybe that will work.
