The immigration protests really pissed off the GOP
State Of Emergency Sought Over Illegal Immigration
Recent Immigration Rallies Anger GOP Group

DENVER -- Eight Colorado Republicans have sent a letter to President George W. Bush asking him to declare a national state of emergency as a result of illegal immigration.

They want the president to secure U.S. borders and said they are shocked by the "blatant, coordinated, and anti-American demonstrations on behalf of illegal aliens throughout the country ... with little or no serious action on the part of the Federal Government to address the growing negative impact of illegal aliens, on the American people, or to protect all states from invasion,"

bush between the wingers and the cheap labor donors
 couldn't happen to a more deserving ass.

Sadly, this all is distracting from the issues the GOP dare not face this election year. And it will likely all be sorted out (to the pre-planned agreement) in time for the GOP boys to look wise about it in November.

2. Anti-American?
Edited on Wed Apr-12-06 09:51 AM by simskl
Everytime these rightoid assholes get pissed at something it's anti-American. I don't know why they can't understand that the right to protest is fully American even though in the grand scheme of things we are piss-poor protestors compared to people in other parts of the world.

on edit: corrected typo

4. How ridiculous, on a few fronts...
but, this one in particular was a real scream...

"The letter from a group of Colorado lawmakers asked the president to use the National Guard and other troops "until effective barriers are in place to stop all illegal infiltration."

What National Guard? Oh, wait a minute, you mean those folks over in Iraq? Lot of good that will do for these angry repukes, eh?

7. Uh sorry but your president has given the National Guard a new job
it involves protecting illegal border crossers from Pakistan, Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya....you get the idea.

Hey somebody's got to keep Iraq "safe and secure" and ensure that those damn brown skinners don't try to break through the borders......oh wait nevermind..

Dammit!

the Rs had to start washing their own dishes, cutting their own grass, watching their own kids . . . cleaning up after their own senile grandparents' "accidents" . . .
