Right-wing radio host Brian James of KFYI in Arizona recently advocated murder as a way of dealing with undocumented immigrants. An excerpt:

What we’ll do is randomly pick one night - every week - where we will kill whoever crosses the border. Step over there and you die. You get to decide whether it’s your lucky night or not. I think that would be more fun… happy to sit there with my high-powered rifle and my night scope.

The remarks prompted Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard and U.S. Attorney Paul Charlton to send a complaint to the FCC.

There have been numerous bodies found that were lynched, beat, stabbed and shot. There are also photos as evidence as well as coroner's autopsy reports.

But so far no witnesses or criminal charges.

They were killed by ranchers and vigilantes, maybe kkk as well. but not by coyotes. there are robbers/rapists who do prey on those crossing by themselves WITHOUT coyotes.

but most coyotes are well known and professional in their work.

that intended sarcastic remarks are being misread. As one who doesn't care for smilies and such, it's become apparent to me that one tag is a very good one, as just last night I misunderstood a poster's words and totally missed their point. Using icons to convey conversational methods is kinda hard to get used to, for me, but something to be learned.

My SO is on his way back from Arizona and told me last night that another fellow (Lars something?...I can't remember the name, exactly) has been fanning the flames to high heaven down there. Not exactly advocating violence, but very closely bordering on hate-speech.

What this Brian James has done surely could be classed as criminal.
