The old donations were not as offensive, as the republican party wasn't always the axis of evil. But.. outside of Prince and Arianna Huffington (who used to be married to a repug politician), I found ZERO people I admire on the GOP donor list. Not one..

Unless someone only makes donations to one party for a long period of time, it's probably a good idea not to assume their party affiliation. I would guess that in some cases, celebrities might have given to a party or a candidate because that candidate happened to support an issue that they were involved with.
