He entices these countries to have a nuclear program and strong defense the same way he gets half of Americans to willingly give up their civil rights - through FEAR. If we were viewed as a "sleeping giant", these countries wouldn't be so ambitious to bolster their defenses and jump start nuclear programs. But we have King George and the imperial army and I bet ALL other countries are either saying that; a) we need to prepare for the eventual invasion, or, b) we better be prepared to kiss some american ass. What a wonderful world you've created ya fuckin' megalomaniac.
