2. Winograd's Candidacy Makes Poor Strategic Sense

I won't belabor the point, since Winograd is certainly free to run for Congress, but it would certainly seem more functional to obtaining a Democratic majority in the House to help Democrats in swing districts like Texas 22, rather than trying to knock off a Democrat in a pale blue district, who is line for at least a subcommittee chair if we take back the House.
