Global Horizons is a company that I just wrote about as an example of why guest worker programs won't work and why a path to citizenship is the way to go. Washington State revoked their license because they weren't providing the housing they were supposed to, were withholding employee money and not sending it to their families, amongst other things. This is exactly what a good immigration law should prevent.
So what does the UFW do?? Signs a contract with these human labor traders who advocate a revolving door guest worker program.
