...live video the Governors mansion in Ramadi coming under heavy attack from the Iraqis. The marines appeared to be fighting back very well but there sure is a whole boatload of pissed off Iraqis over there.

6. I agree. I view oil economy as power in its most basic form.
Global leadership is still up for grabs it starts with who controls oil.

10. OIL = POWER
And has since the turn of the century. They now have hydraulic despotism down to a science and are ready to implement it.

11. actually, I think OIL= currency of power. the POWER is the goal, not the
currency. They want the POWER because oil won't last forever, but global domination through facsism could.

7. Yo Don!
You are very patriotic to me. I'd like to know what constitutes bad news in Iraq to "conservatives." Death, destruction and despair, blown up buildings, dead "ragheads," tortured prisoners - all of that is good news to "conservatives" in America. And, they don't care about our troops either because they volunteered for that duty right?

There is no news coming out of Iraq today that is bad news to the flag waving constitution hating fascist motherfuckers who call themselves "conservatives" in this country. If a policy change was made and our troops starting returning home in large numbers, that would be bad news to them.

9. As long as you don't mention "civil war"
even though it sure does appear that Iraq is in civil war.
But, then, the Bushies wouldn't have considered our country to be at civil war...during Gettsyburg.
That would be the liberal media being negative again.
