Would someone PLEASE explain to me how tax cuts or any piece of legislation can be made “permanent”? The question is anti-matter language designed to gull the credulous, nothing more. And unfortunately for the GOP, it appears that the ranks of the credulous are thinning week by week.

6. Actually shrub is pushing for a constitutional amendment that will stop |

taxes to ever be allowed to increase on the top 10% of course. He also wants the estate tax to fall under the same program so the rich will be allowed to keep all of the billions their fore fathers stole.
