On the way into work today, I see "The Precious Juice" at the independent for $2.77.
When I get into town I see the Citgo pricing it at $2.96.
Tell me again how Hugo Chavez hears our cries?

1. Depends on your community |
|
I've seen citgo gas selling below the local average only in the more downtrodden communities. The citgo stations in more affluent areas seem to be more often above the avg.

2. Venezeula/Citgo doesn't get to dictate the price of oil |
|
Although, if you would like to find some other oil company that provided discounted oil products to the poor, feel free to look. I doubt you'll find any.

3. So, you think you can blame this on Chavez? |
|
and of course he doesn't control local pricing at each Citgo.
