I guess this is the question: Is the plan to declare an "immigration emergency," whatever that might be, still on?

...especially the one in Okanogan County. (I live in WA state.) If it's really "a site for a massive concentration camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people," it should be pretty obvious.
