I have always viewed the appointed chimp* as a cartoon character but this latest little ditty captures that point succinctly.

Don't make the mistake of minimizing him by characterizing him as a cartoon.

He's a murderous, treasonous liar and cheat, and we must never let our guard down while he breathes.

He's a mass murderer. Keep that in mind. A war criminal, just not yet apprehended.

a murderer. But he keeps spouting these cartoon phrases that only emphasize the complete and utter stupidity of his* failed image.

And frankly, what murderous nut job dictator in history didn't have a cartoon like quality to them? Cartoon in the sense that they spout one stupid utterance after another that when put up against the statements of real leaders and real statesmen, appear cartoonish.
