1. That's Fuckstick on the left

Koizumi (Japan) in the gray suit.

Putin (Russia) in the upper right, with his head turned looking at Fuckstick.

Roh Moo-hyun (President of the Republic South Korea) in the middle top, with his head looking down.

That might be Lee Hea Chan, the new Prime Minister of South Korea with the glasses speaking to the white guy. And I have no idea who the white guy (the one who isn't Fuckstick) is.

South Korean President Roh Moo-Hyun (He doesn't wear glasses where Hu Jintao does). But I agree on Australian Prime Minister John Howard (at least it sure looks a lot like him).
