...who are victimized by counterfeiters in china,
where these same companies sent jobs from the u.s.,
where patents would've been better protected on u.s. soil?

2. Patent laws are necessary and should be enforced--
the BA has looked away for the most part but it is crucial to further innovation.

3. Not for the big companies.
I do feel sorry for the little companies, who are either put out of business by encroaching Wallmarts, or swallowed whole in takeovers by those they meant to compete with.
