5. I doubt she'd take the job. Karen is used to being on the inside

of every loop, and a WH Press Sec. most often is only given limited info. Beyond that, it's asking for a daily grueling, on camera, and it is becoming a grueling, at least by a few in the Press.

I know Snow was the popular name being thrown around, but I didn't think he'd take it either.

I think they'll find some current lackey who's already in the WH somewhere, and promise to make them a TV Star!

that she's needed a lot more somewhere other than Press Sec.

As far as WHO? I don't really know any of the background lackeys there. I never heard of Scotty when he first appeared, nor of any of Clinton's Press Secs.

This particular point in time, that job could prove much more difficult than in the past, except for when Clinton's impeachment was occurring. It seems that sometime relatively soon, the Fitz indictments are going to be issued, and Abramoff isn't going to get better for a LONG TIME! The new Press Sec is going to have to deal with all of that, PLUS all the future Shrub screwups we don't know about yet! I don't think any sane person would take it!
