3. If we're lucky, Fitz will make sure Rover can't even help with Nov!
If Fitz gets the indictments he's rumored to be seeking, and soon, Rover will be the headlines himself instead of making positive ones for some other Pubs!

6. I hope we are lucky
I'll never ask for another thing for Christmas or my birthday if Fitzgerald has to spend three days reading all the indictments, many with rove's name on them. And if I could ask for one more thing, may those readings occur sometime mid to late September.

2. If either the senate or the house goes Blue the investigations will
certainly begin.

It's just a matter of Dems getting subpoena power in one assembly or the other.

4. Rove has no option as Fitzgerald gets closer to indictment he needs
badly to not lose the house or senate (both?) because hearings/investigations would then be voted in play and Bush of course would be the lamest duck prez in history.

Does Bush pardon Rove immediately if Fitzgerald is successful?!!

7. I truly believe that if bush
starts tossing about pardons like beads off a mardi gras float, the gop will be in minority status for years and years.

8. I think Bush will try to pardon all the GOP crooks
during his impeachment hearings. I'm sure he would prefer to wait until 2008 after the elections, but that opportunity may never come.

Not only Rove, but Lay, Abramoff, Delay, Cheney, and dozens of others. Anyone know if it's legal for a President to pardon people while he's being impeached?

10. Rove hasn't EVER failed yet, in stealing every election on every level...
Edited on Thu Apr-20-06 12:43 PM by LaPera
he chooses...The media and the people just accept all the strange results after an election when the old reliable republican owned electronic voting machines are used... even where exit polls had the Dem far ahead, but somehow the next day the republican is the winner...Even with the many obvious discrepancies the republican always takes his seat and no one ever questions or challenges them or the results.

Rove has had six years to cheery-pick the congressional seats he needs to keep the republican majority in congress and there are now more of those republican owned voting machines (Diebold, ES&S, etc.) in every state in the country...(and more being put in place everyday.

If nothing happens to the republicans when Rove & the republicans cheat with their machines in election after election...why would they want to stop?

And most Dem's still don't want to believe its going to happen, they just bury their head in the sand and hope...exactly what Rove & the republicans are counting on!!

12. LaPera, I totally agree, Rove can only hope to get computer scheme in gear
it's the only way feasible for not losing one or both house and senate, election fraud is Rove's only way out.

11. Rove will be fighting to save his own butt this time, probably his idea
to go full time on smearing the sh*t out of anything that even smells Democrat! If GOP loses either house or senate, he knows it's all downhill thereafter, especially if Fitzgerald has already put indictment in full swing.
