IFCO Systems, the logistic system provider, announces the formation of its Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors will operate in an advisory role, setting the vision and developing strategy as the business moves forward.

The seven person Board of Directors includes:

Eckhard Pfeiffer, 58, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Compaq Computer Corp. He is also a Board member of General Motors, Hughes Electronics, Bell Atlantic Corporation, Intershop Communications and Ricardo.de AG

Cornelius Geber, 47, former Chief Operating Officer of Kuhne &Nagel. Geber is also a Board member of Friedrich Grohe AG, Paul Gunther Logistik AG, Hamburg, and the German Association of Logistics (Bundesverband Logistik).

R. Randall Onstead, 43, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the American retail chain Randall's Food Markets, Inc.

Sam Humphreys, 39, Investment Banker with extensive M& experience with listed companies, Chairman of PalEx Inc., North America's largest provider of new and recycled pallets and reconditioned industrial containers.

one of the two co-founders, was a staffer under Jimmy CARTER. Yes, CARTER had a nest of vipers: Tweety, RUBENSTEIN, Pat CADDELL. At least, Tweety & CADDELL, who are STILL labelled as "Democrats" when they are introduced, have pursued some 20+ years of bashing Democrats. CADDELL's only victory in his poll campaigning was CARTER's. He has built his career on that one win, LOSING for every candidate after that, including the "New Coke".
