Unless you are very close to the car so you can read it, it looks like you are a supporter of W. I remember seeing an old beat up car on the highway 2 years ago with a big W sticker on it. It wasn't until we both got off at the same exit that I saw it said "Bush Orwell" underneath it. But, if I had gotten off at another exit, I would have been left shaking my head at the person's naivety for supporting W and when W's policies are so strongly favoring the rich & powerful.

IMHO "Decisive But Wrong" would be better. Keep it the same except instead of putting "But Decisive" under "Wrong", put "Decisive But" on top.
