Something just does not compute about SNOWjob as press secretary. It seems like a step DOWN, actually. He walked away from the Sunday Faux-fest, where he was able to stay controlled in the controlled environment of Brit and Juan WILLIAMS. Then he had this weekend hosting thing, basically reading segments and interviewing one-on-one. He seems to have this earnest, squeaky clean facade (no wingnut is clean), but there have been frequent flashes of aggressive, wingnut anger. Plus he has had a bout of (cancer?). Plus he projects an older type of I-don't-PLAY attitude. I really think he will melt down with the press corps? The only better show would be Tweety taking this job---------now, THAT would be series fun/disaster.

Snow is not a Republican hired gun. He is a dedicated Movement Conservative who, when he looks out over the press corps, will see traitors and criminals. Helen Thomas must be praying that he gets the job.
