1. If this is true, what will be Bush's next excuse for going to war
in Iran? Are we going to spread a little democracy there, too?

2. Makes the idea of bombing Iran to stop them from enriching
uranium even stupider.

(Since they're doing it in Russia.)

Do you have a link to the original article?

A few months ago Iran struck this deal with Russia, then it was off. Is it on again??

5. Now the geniuses in BushCo will have to bomb the plants in Russia.
As soon as "diplomacy fails" as it does every time they attempt it.

6. Hasn't that deal been on the table for some time?
Previously, the Iranians didn't seem interested, IIRC.

7. Wouldn't it just be easier to BUY the nukes from Russia?
Am I off base here? If Iran wants to partner up with Russia, why go through the enrichment process at all when there are ample supplies of nukes already to go?

8. Well this shows how absurd and off-base the President and his men are...
If Iran really wanted a nuke, they wouldn't be doing this. I definitely think the whole tactical nuke option was really on the table too. I think they really wanted to invade Iran. There was absolutely no reason, as we now see. (Reminds me of something else.)
