I visit her site, Badhdad Burning now and again. She hasn't made a new blog in 20 days. I just hope that it is technical difficulties and that she and her family are not in trouble.

between posts...about where we are now. Dahr Jamail's latest doesn't sound good, which adds to my fears for her well-being. Hopefully she'll post something soon. :dilemma:

4. Don't panic.

I've been reading her since August '03 and I used to be deeply concerned about her when she didn't post for even longer periods of time. With the ever worsening and deterioration of conditions there it's understandable.

Maybe cross reference with http://afamilyinbaghdad.blogpot.com and
http://raedinthemiddle.blogspot.com. Even though I think Faiza and Raed are both in the states for a while, if anything was wrong they would probably find out and post about it.

I'd check myself but I had a semi-'puter crash and am limited in some a my ability to surf right now.
