Remember Katrina is a great overall campaign slogan for Dems
Remember the out-of-touch, uninvolved President
Remember the incompetent head boobs at FEMA and Homeland
Remember our fellow Americans who died on roofs and in attics
Remember the malfeasance
Remember the cronyism
Remember the photo-ops
Remember New Orleans

I really will always remember Katrina and how it shook me to my core to see our fellow citizens suffering and dying in plain sight when so many could have been comforted and saved. I think Bush should have been forced to resign in shame that same week.

between the Hayward and San Andreas faults -- between the Guadalupe River and Coyote Creek liquefaction zones, and in the Guadalupe River and Coyote Creek flood plains -- we are next.

7. Hopefully we will have better leadership before that. I have
family out there also.

3. I'd rather they pledge to fix
the corrosive influence of lobbyists and corporatism, our dependence on foreign oil, the healthcare crisis and OUR TRADE AGREEMENTS.

6. Maybe
I'd rather support a platform than a strategy.

WE NEED HELP. WE NEED GOOD POLICY. What are they promising when they blame the republicans for being who they are?

I want promises I can hold them to. I want them to propose policy that PROVES they're better, different. With all the things affecting all of us TODAY - this very minute - they've got plenty to work with IF they're willing to risk saying something not right-leaning.
