"I couldn't help noticing you all mentioned the size of the anti-bush crowd, 1500, and then said there was a pro-bush gathering to counter it ... but never said the size of the pro-Bush crowd. How big was that?"

"We just spoke with the napa sheriff. They estimate 2000 bush protesters on friday with numbers not avalible yet for today.

The pro bush crowd was estimated between 150 and 200 on friday. Numbers for today are not yet avalible, however the sheriff noted it "was a smaller turnout." They did note that a few (3) pro-bush protesters were stopped and detained briefly for antogonizing a group of anti bush protesters.

17. OK, so out of 7500 protesters, 3 arrests in Napa and 3 arrests at Stanford

So we're up to 6 arrests out of 7500 protesters in the Bay Area and Sacramento as of yesterday afternoon Pacific time. I don't yet know what happened in Southern California last night.

I think it's incredible that KFTY wrote back to you on a weekend! I'm not aware of any news programming at the station on Saturday or Sunday.

Now if they'd just explain why they posted on their website only one of the several live reports from the protest site that they broadcast during Friday's news program?
