Waste Management Wash Recycling Drivers OK New Contract

Waste Management Inc.'s Washington unit said recycling drivers represented by Teamsters Local 117 overwhelmingly approved a new four-year labor contract.

The new contract commenced June 1 and covers 117 drivers providing services for homes and businesses in King and Snohomish counties.

Shares of Waste Management were $39.01 in recent after-hours trading after closing at that price.
