How do we end the right to work laws?

I'm in Nebraska. The law is killing my local. We are right around the 50% need to keep the union certified. Nebraska has been right to work ( for less) since the late 40's. How do we end this unfair to unions law?

Spread the word among your co-workers, join the Wobblies and be two-carders for the time being, and if the Bosses and their stooges in the shop and government succeed in your decertification, then a little "direct action" is in order.

IOW, to hell with their rules and their stacked deck.

2. framing has to be part of it

I don't know why we let union-busters get away with the term "right to work." People like the sound of having the right to work, so we're fighting an uphill battle before we even begin to educate someone about the impact of these laws.

We need an alternative name for these laws that tells people exactly what they are. "Right to work for less" is cute, but it's too close to the current term.

Any ideas?
