WI union leader receives warning from Rep. Gov canidate

Walker warned Marty Beil that he needed stop bargaining for their contract until after he, Walker, is installed as governor or else. Walker wants to demand concessions from state unions and can't if they have contracts signed before he "takes" office.
Walker called AFSCME council 40 leader Marty Beil late last week with these demands, but Beil didn't see that it was necessary that his members should know this before the election.
