Man accused of beating boss

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) — A Sioux City man has been accused of beating up his boss before the boss could fire him.

Court records say Joseph Sauce, 41, faces charges of willful injury and false imprisonment for the attack at an insurance office.

Police reports say Doug Inlay had planned to fire Sauce on March 11. But police say that March 9, Sauce went into the office and beat and kicked Inlay, at one point dragging him into an office, locking the door and threatening to kill him.

Police say Inlay suffered a concussion, four chipped teeth and needed surgery on his injured nose.

Sauce is free on bond.

3. So much for his unemployment benefits..........
I wonder if he knew he was getting fired, and I wonder if the firing had anything to do with his temper.Just wondering.

5. While most of us know at least one boss who we feel should be beaten,
whether to try and pound some sense into his head or merely to get even, history tells us it would be a futile attempt simply because a lot of bosses drink the corporate kool-aid as much as their superiors do and are quite impervious to reason, facts, threats, and even bodily harm. In their world, they are always right and would consider themselves victims no matter what the circumstances.

Best to blow it off,get fired or quit. The thing that sucks is any one of those options is a no win situation, unfortunately.
