Why just pick on the "public worker"?

Notice how so-called conservatives love to pick on the public employee?
Their unions?
Their very existence?

They smart-ass you with "who's paying their salaries?".

Why do they stop there?
What pool of money do they think pays for any contractor who contracts with the government at the Local, County, State, or Federal levels?
From a defense contractor to a road crew contractor it is the same pool.
It is all tax dollars yet they single out the public employee.

Have I said how much I despise CONs today yet?

4. And what many of these CON politicians don't get is they are "public workers" too and
it's about time we cut their pay and benefits for non-performance, and fire/lay-off a few of them. The benefits CONs lay on themselves at our expense is ridiculous.

6. Every single dollar is a taxpayer dollar
There are no different kinds of dollars. I am a taxpayer so all my dollars are taxpayer dollars. Some I pay to the government directly in taxes, some I use to buy groceries, the income resulting from this purchase is taxed, and is again taxed at each step of getting the groceries on the shelves for me to purchase. After about 6 to 7 cycles in the economy, every dollar is taxed to oblivion and then recreated by government spending to start the cycle over again.

It is a tough concept for people to get, but really, all you have to do is look in your billfold, it is all government script.
