Union Members Seek Restraining Order Against Quaid's Wife

Four actor's union members are seeking a restraining order against actor Randy Quaid's wife, accusing her of verbal and physical assault.

Evi Quaid stormed into the offices of the Actor's Equity Association on Friday and started to kick the 76-year-old receptionist in his shins, drawing blood, according to legal papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

She also allegedly screamed at a union member about "a Nazi plot to get Randy Quaid" while repeatedly shouting, " you."

The legal documents also reference an earlier incident on January 23 when Randy and Evi Quaid reportedly caused a scene at the Actor's Equity Association offices.

One union member claims, "I asked for assistance as I felt threatened and I feared both Mr. and Ms. Quaid could physically attack me."
