1. Sea World....

You can snorkel or dive with the sharks there, so I figure there must be aquariums and theme parks in the US where you can do it too. But if you ever have a holiday over here, this'd be a good one to do...

I have read reviews from many divers who were skeptical since they do "real" dives, but who thtoroughly enjoyed the experience. There are reviews at www.scubaboard.com. Just search on "divequest."

3. I did it in Perth, Australia

About 15 years ago. I don't know if they still do it, but they had guided dive tours of their most awesome aquarium. The aquarium is way huge, with acrylic (walk-thru) tunnels going through it. They had several big sharks (upto 15 ft, tiger I think it was), and there was a big grouper, and they let me rub its "tongue." THe dive was fairly priced (compared to a local 2 tank boat dive), and they feed the fish just before the tour starts. I was the only dive customer the day I went, and it was really great.
